Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn.
In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
A package opening video is required for damaged/defective claims.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order items.
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products.
Items purchased under clearance/sale.
Email us at info@sambalpuricart.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Attach a package opening video if the product is defective/damaged.
Our team will review your request and share approval and return instructions.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
If items are found to be used, altered, or damaged (other than our fault), the return request may be rejected.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm approval.
Eligible returns will be processed as either:
Refund: Amount credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange: Replacement of the product (subject to availability).
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
