At Sambalpuri Cart, we work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please read the following policy:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours or once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@sambalpuricart.com with your order ID.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
Product is out of stock or unavailable.
Incorrect pricing or product information listed due to technical error.
Payment not received/verified.
Order flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed (if payment has been made).
If cancellation is made within the eligible period, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
Clearance/sale items are non-cancellable.
